Calabria-Invest offers you two straightforward viewing promotions:
A) Viewing appointment with €250 cash back upon completion.
You pay for all your expenditures - flight tickets, hotels, transportation, etc. and if you decide to buy a property with us, we will pay you back 250 Euros in the form of a reduction in our prices. We won't ask you to present any invoices as we will not consider expenditures of more than 250 Euros - this rate is fixed. If required, we will be happy to assist with your travel requirements.
B) Refund of a one week stay in a one bedroom apartment in Scalea upon completion of purchase.
Calabria-Invest will refund you a one week stay in a one bedroom apartment in holiday complex 'Parco Meridiana' Scalea upon completion of the purchase of a property through our representative. Prices start from as low as €250 per week in low season. Do note that this offer is not available in August.
